Captain Rafik Abdel Nasser
 


Was born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1943. He has B. Sc from Navel Marine Academy at Alexandria in 1963 and Registered loss adjuster and Marine Surveyor under number 793 in the Registry of the Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority in branches of Transport, Insurance and Ships Hull.
He has Advanced studies Long Course in Communication and Navigation in 1968, several computer courses in Alexandria University 1972 and Professional Diploma in Management, graduate studies at American University of Cairo (AUC) on 1975-1977.
Nasser has more than 35 years experience in the Maritime Industry, during those years he worked in the Egyptian Navy as a Navy officer, a pilot in Suez Canal Authority, in Arab Pipe Line Petroleum Co. (Sumed), he worked as a Marine Consultant and has been Chairman of Arab Trans Trade Co. (ATTC) and currently Chairman of MEPANDI.

Previous Financial Manager of ATTC and currently MEPANDI's. She is in charge of administration, financial and auditing aspects of the Correspondence activities.
She has many administrative training courses, financial planning and accounting studies.

Alexandria Office

Mr. Samir El-Shenawy

Lawyer, specialized in the shipping affairs and Maritime disputes. Since 1977 he has a great dial with the shipping companies and agencies. Registered before the supreme courts.


Mr. Aly Seroor 

Lawyer, registered before the supreme courts since 1999. he has a wide deep experience in Maritime disputes in major shipping companies in addition to his post in MEPANDI as legal consultant he allocates a consultant position in local big shipping companies.

 

 

 

Mr.  Aly Ahmed

Graduated form faculty of law 1977, Registered before the Supreme Courts since 1998, High Diploma in Maritime Law 1993, Legal Manager in the most famous shipping companies since 1980 and joined MEPANDI since 2002.

Graduated  on 2007 from French Department of the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University, Egypt.
She had worked for a Law firm prior to her joining ME-PANDI on 2008.

Graduated on 2001 from faculty of law, Alexandria University. he had worked for a shipping company prior joining MEPANDI on 2004.

Cairo Branch

Gen. Mustafa El-Kashef

Graduated  from the Police Academy on  1965 and  has retired from service on 1994.
Presently he is working in ME-PANDI and is in charge of all internal matters, immigrations, dealing with local organization and governmental bodies.

Mr. Ahmed Farouk 

Registered before the High Courts with a wide and deep experience in immigration problems as well as the legal administrative arrangements and communications with the different Ministries.

 

Damietta  and Port Said Office

Mr. Gamal El Hendy 

Registered before the High Courts and joined MEPANDI since starting. Specialized in release of vessels, arrest, disputes arising from crossing Suez Canal and other Maritime affairs.

Red Sea Office

Mr. Ahmed A. El Rehim

Registered before High Courts with a very deep experince in resolving the problems arising from transit vessels the Suez Canal. He successfully handled a considerable number of cases.
