 From
our experience we have learned a lesson and made it one of our main
policies is the fact that basically going to court for both parties is a
waste of time and money, therefore we always try to adopt simple
straight forward ways of solving problems mainly through amicable
negotiations and settlements. We believe that going to Court should be
the last resort for us. Our attitude towards any problem is to obtain proper information of all aspects of the
problem and try to solve it simply and speedily. That's why our team include different
specialists (Commercial, technical, legal ..etc.). Our aim is to prevent and resolve
claims on an amicable basis thus avoiding
costly court proceedings reducing club's
estimates, serve members honestly and efficiently at a minimum cost. The best award for us
is that members ask specifically for our services in case of needing assistance in Egypt.
